SURGERY

Dr. Gardner performs most Surgeries at Tennova Surgery Center. It is located in the Tennova Medical Center Complex, Physician's Plaza 2 (turn left at the Fountain and it is on your left). https://www.tennovaturkeycreek...

All Tennova preadmission Testing is located in the main hospital, Entrance A & straight to the left at the Registration Desk.

Tennova Surgery Center & Hospital do not accept United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan S or BlueCare.

Dr. Gardner also has Surgery Privileges at Blount Memorial Outpatient Surgery Center and they do accept all insurance policies. This building is NOT located in the main hospital.

Billing Information

We employ an external Billing Company. They can be reached at 1-855-255-1036.  You may pay your bill via credit card by calling our office. If you have additional questions that they are unable to assist you with, please contact Andrea at 865-269-2112. We accept all major credit cards.

Collections Agency

We use FAST Collections Agency in Knoxville if your balance is not paid within 90 days of your billing date. 

If any other collections agency contacts you, it is a SCAM. Please contact our office immediately to report.
